## Promoting a passion for Compassionate Care


The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (CCR) works within the region and supports individuals with I/DD as they become more involved and active within the community.


## BRIEF


The Arc CCR came to Liquified Agency with a need to fill open positions for Direct Support Professionals. Through the development of campaign messaging and targeting, a clear goal was made – attract qualified candidates to apply and commit to the position long-term.


## APPROACH


Liquified designed, developed, and executed all elements of a strategic marketing and advertising campaign aimed at recruiting applicants for open positions while promoting brand awareness for a non-profit organization. This campaign used creative and messaging developed in-house by Liquified which included video assets, print ads, billboards, web banners, social content, and more.


## RESULT


Campaign efforts not only surpassed the initial actionable goals identified prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic, but substantially increased brand awareness throughout the region, proven by implemented in-depth tracking measurements and performance indicators.
